Insignia in Seattle got shot up this weekend

Sharing because I feel they're trying to hide it, but this is one of the biggest residential towers near Amazons main Seattle campus. Their north lobby got shot out this weekend, and it's been the target of repeat break ins and thefts. This is one of the nicest apartment buildings in the city but they're also a target.

I'm pretty sure Insignia are condos, not apartment buildings. I've toured a few units there before, and it's alright. Pretty cookie cutter, and I believe the condo board is currently suing or recently sued the developers.

Condo boards suing developers is common, it can prevent mortgages from being taken out at the property. Insignia isn't an apartment building, you can generally rent condos if the HOA approves it.
