I am considering interviewing for instacart for a senior software engineer role.
- Do they have yearly bonus (x% on base pay)?
- What is the on hire stock vesting policy? Does it vest quarterly? Do they have 1 year cliff?
I’m expecting an offer soon but recruiter told me refreshers every 2 years, for anyone who consistently meets expectations.
Refresh is about half of original grant
- No yearly bonus - 1 year cliff, then monthly, over 4 years

The caveat is that the refresher only starts vesting on your 4th year AFAIK
