Instacart Operations Manager - TC and interview?
Have an interview coming up with Instacart for an Ops Manager role. Does anyone have insight into the TC range and interview process? I was only able to find very limited info on Glassdoor.
How did your interview go? Any insights you can share
Recruiter brought up comp (for San Francisco) during the phone screen. I declined to move forward as it would’ve been a huge decrease from my current comp, but the next step is a take home project, then interviews after that. Base = $75-$95K Equity = $30-$35K, vesting over 4 years with 1 year cliff (current valuation is $8B, they’re hoping to get to $20B) No bonus 401K but no matching Free Instacart premium membership Unlimited PTO Catered lunch/dinner
Looks it very low for Bay Area. What’s your role in EBay? Is it related to supply chain?
What does an ops manager do?
I think they stock snacks and such?
