Worth going for it? Quick chat with the recruiter made it seem like the TC was competitive although the stock is still not public of course.

The end of Backdoor Roth?!
They told me that my coding questions would be real world and applicable to what you'd do in the day to day. First question was looking for number(s) in a 2D array and having to worry about parsing the input properly. Second question was analyzing a deck of cards...majority of the people I interviewed with had only been there 6 months and none of them were on the two teams I told the recruiter I was interested in.
Similar experience. They will sit silently in front of you watching you struggling to parse input on hackerrank. Once you solve it, will paste difficult version and so on. No discussion of the approach. Just run the program against hackerrank input. A complete waste of time.
Yep, that was exactly it for the my second interview. For the first one the guy was talkative and sympathized with me because he knew how dumb the task was. Second guy didn't say anything at all and I was just talking to myself. Complete joke because the recruiter bragged about how fair their process was because it didn't involve leetcode style problems.
