Thoughts?
I would only consider Amazon and Instacart. The other offers are 20% less which doesnβt really make sense. Road to L6 promo is tough and is super team dependent, so probably Instacart.
Coinbase doesnβt negotiate Msft wonβt go higher HBO also wonβt go higher
Does Instacart require you to relocate? If so I'd give the offer 30% discount due to taxes and increased cost of living
Currently the offer is based in SF, remote is a possibility with a paycut. Havenβt discussed new numbers yet
