Instagram Account Shutdown
We had a clean and very tasteful Instagram account of almost 35k followers get disabled for "violating community guidelines". We are a fully compliant and California state licensed cannabis vape pen brand and everyone thinks we went out of business. It's actually quite the opposite, we are operating legally and need to let our community know. Does anyone have any connections to a real FB or IG team member that can help us get our account back? Thanks in advanced to the kind person that can help a small business here.

Raise a ticket. They will look into it and reactivate. It was probably deactivated by an untrained contractor. FB has outsourced all such work to 3rd party companies.
Thank you, we’ve submitted appeals through the app about a dozen times. So now seeing if we can reach a real team member.

Thank you. Yes, sure no botting. Our account has always been maintained by a couple of humans.
You are still distributing a schedule I substance which is illegal in the USA. For a change, FB got something right. 🍆

I've had social clients in the cbd realm that have similar issues, fb doesn't allow the promotion of product, lifestyle, use - it might behoove you to have an alternative approach in how the business is presented
