Locked out of my account. Can someone at IG review my support case? Changed devices and didn’t export 2fa. Lost backup codes.. #brainfart

There's an option on the 2fa page if you have lost your code. Just use that and upload a selfie holding a piece of paper with text that they ask. You should be fine
yeah i did this but it’s been about a week. longer than the 3-4 days promised
In my case, they did this in less than 24 hours. Maybe try reaching them again?
idk why people are haters. do you not use social media for sports updates, send memes to friends across the states, check up on family, find cooking ideas, restaurants, latest on cars, watches, news etc.. saves a lot of time…
