Dear Intel Board Members, I hope that someone will give you the message. Our interests are pretty much aligned in the sense that both parties are interested to improve Intel and get the profit back. The only barrier between our progress and Intel board is the ELT lying on the both directions. You must be ashamed to hire thipese con artists who cannot even make money for yourself. Five reasons to fire executive employees 1. Not taking the ownership of the problem: We always hear about macroeconomic reasons for the fall of Intel. But other companies still made a lot of money in the past few quarters although the stocks dropped. There's not that much to worry because they made a lot of profit earlier and stock balloned that Intel failed consistently. If the executive employees failed to understand the market economy and the demand of the products they are producing, that shows the core incompetency. 2. Hypocrisy: while we are told to cut budget everywhere the executive employees look like never saw a plane in their lifetime. The spending is not necessary at this point when an employee feels left behind. 3. Bidenism: Chiefs or Chips Act cannot alone save Intel. Looks like, Pat is the foolish person who is running all the errand and like a grade 5 employee and 🍏 is going to take the money for tsmc right now. You can pay Biden Administration and they super packs, but that is not going to save Intel. Pat's behavior look like he's going to be the next Vice President of the United states. He needs to live in Santa Clara and Oregon. 4. Hiring Christy Krysta is just inappropriate. I feel empathetic to acknowledge that lying is not a easy job and it takes a lot of effort. But putting someone like Christy is only possible if someone's pant did not have the chains locked. What else can be the reason for that hiring? Please prove me wrong. Intel has the culture of having sex with subordinates historically as you booted one CEO in the last decade. 5. Intel has promoted a lot of b**s***t manager's, principle Engineers, senior engineers, and blah blah blah in the last one year only to burden the company with exceess bills and elephants that are not going to die soon and that goes over our executive leadership who thought that was a good time not to look for cash flow but following us government's debt crisis plan, which is not a plan but only to delay to disaster. If you are fooling yourself thinking that this executive leadership will bring back Intel, you are gravely wrong and you should fire this committee because that looks really bad on your resume that you are an Intel board member when Intel sank just right under your hand. Regards, An Intel employee with an American Value
What are you crying over? Jesus
With these writing skills, I suggest you use OpenAI to help you write future rants. Most of that was borderline unintelligible. “But putting someone like Christy is only possible if someone's pant did not have the chains locked”. 🤔
I was at Intel before moving to Google earlier in the year. My 2c is that Pat helped raise the energy level and enthusiasm in the company, but what Intel needs now is a ruthless manager ( hock tan -like) who will do the necessary cuts, both to underperforming engineers and underperforming business units. Christy is just doing her job,and it's not like HR has much impact anyways. I'd let her be
You are missing internal videos, so will not realize the shit show going on. Good luck in Google. I agree that we need a ruthless CEO.
I experienced some of the shit show, and the weird "we'll take over the world, just as soon that time stops" videos... Best of luck!
Pat and Christy didn’t cause this.
Pat spent money on fancy projects without clear directions, acquire companies now showing minimal profit, mocked The Street and market analysis. Christy bragged hiring in May when in January multiple analysis by citi and BOA predicted low PC demand. What else you need to get stock price to half value with over optimistic outlook in future.
None of the ongoing problems is not Pat's fault, and he is just trying to fix it. We are not there yet but surely we are seeing some progress. Seeking for outside support is important role of Pat. Let him do his work and lets get ours done.
The only way Intel can get better is being ruthless in layoffs ( done the right way) and get leaner. Cuts should not be as aggressive as Twitter. I feel the company is getting better under Pat. Probably it makes sense to fire non technical management at the top like Sandra
At least he is not money on Drones
implying Christy was hired because of an affair is sexist bs.
Some facts in the post but wild imagination in allegation. why would someone unlock pant chains for Christy? much better options out in market...😂OP is really going wild.... TC 450k means a VP in Intel ?
Another mindless post from a clueless employee. Pat is the last resort. Give him some time. He is not a magician.
Make a statue and worship him with holy water.
TC or GTFO.
