Intel Folsom Compensation
I have 8 years of experience in Asic design. Have been offered 150k base, 20k hiring bonus and 40k rsus - grade-8 position. Manager mentioned that this is the best he could offer. Pls help to evaluate.

As early as possible. Self development is Very much encouraged at Intel.
Go for atleast 180k base, may be 50k rsus
