Hello All, My friend has an interview with Intel's (Sort Test Technology Development) STTD org for Integration and Product Engineer position. He has 3~4 years work experience in a fab as yield engineer. Have few questions, 1) has anyone worked in this org? How is the work life balance 2) the recruiter is asking for TC expectations, and it's hard to find salary range for this position. Anyone working as Integration and Product Engineer, please comment down, I'll PM u to ask few questions about TC. My TC SDE1 @ amazon 🥜 #semiconductor #interview #intel
Is his experience relevant to job role? Does he have a phd? With that info we can expect a grade for the position and then its pay range from grade.
Masters with 3~4 years of experience. Not 100% relevant work experience. But 50% of the skills can be translated to the new job
Could you share the TC for levels 6 & 7
