It seems to me that the company is turning around, putting AMD back to its rearview mirror in consumer and datacenter space, fab deal for NVDA chips seems imminent. Sentiment supported by insiders procuring $4.4m of company shock over last year. Intel stock crashed 8.4% last week, is it in BUY territory at $35.5?
Could be a good, intel has yet to turn around. Make good use of that make whole cash bonus.
I had some Intel stock (along with AMD and nVidia) and my view is that stock picking individual stocks is a gamble. I’ve had much better returns just betting on SPY. And I’ll diversify a bit with BRKB, VOO, and VTI.
SPY and VOO are the same, later has a better expense ratio. VTI is practically the same, too much overlap if you held both VOO and VTI, doesn't make it diverse.
I have SPY because there’s more options trading volume. So I’ll occasionally sell OTM calls or puts. Most of my RH play port is ~400 shares of SPY. VOO is much more for long term holding than anything else — I simply reinvest any dividends and not looking to sell calls/puts and it simply doesn’t have the volatility or the volume of SPY. VTI gives me exposure to not only large but also mid and small caps (unlike SPY or VOO). BRKB because I’ve held it for a while and it’s been consistently strong.
Are they really in the rearview ? Honest question
Yes, we are in the rearview. The Earth is also round
