What do you think of Balaji Kanigicherla. He recently moved from Intel to Renesas as a GM. Wondering what kind of leadership style he has
No idea who that is but 90% of Intel executives are not worth their paycheck so hope you're feeling lucky.
Doesn’t sound good for our small org in that case
I worked when he joined intel through aquisition of startup/contarctor firm from India. He was not inspirational leader neither any of intel executive at that time. Raja brought him in and I did not see any impact of him on org. So I would say he is another mediocre intel executive and keep your hopes low. He is hired at Renesas as intel is cleaning house. You can extrapolate on your own now...

He was our org VP. Very mediocre. Eventually he was sidelined by another VP from AMD & left Intel few weeks ago.
He claims he grew the group from 1000 to 2000 folks, how did that work out ?
