Just received numbers today for an Intel offer. Base: 150k APB: 5k QPB: 10k RSU: 40k Sign on: 12k YOE: 4 TC ~ 178k with the bonuses and w/o sign on. I feel like with Intel I can’t count on the bonuses tho? Would be good to know. FYI I contract with Meta, hence why I am considering Intel. Wondering how these numbers stack up with other offers? The sign on seems so low, definitely was hoping for like 30k. Any help is appreciated! #hardware #interview #semiconductor

Horrible Netflix ML interview experience
This is a good offer for g6 but why joining intel? Ya bonuses would be lower depending on how intel performs. Qpb is never that high. If you want more info, you gotta tell us what's the role, location etc. and your yoe.
YOE is there, 4 years and I’m in SoCal. Don’t want to dox myself with role unfortunately. I was laid off in Jan 2023 and after a ton of interviews and rejections this is my first offer. I can ride my contract for another year, but I feel this offer may not be bad. Can learn at Intel and jump back to FAANG or a Qualcomm. At least what I’m thinking. I told them I needed higher numbers and they told me they’re working on it
Thanks for info on bonus too. I’m basically counting both APB and QPB as 0 since it’s not guaranteed. Base to me is give or take okay, but need more rsu and sign on IMO
40k total for 4 years?
I actually thought it was 3 years. Is the rsu or cash vest 4 years ?
Qpb was 0 last year, not sure it's worth it. Does it increase your TC? You do HW?
Sign on for G6 is $30k, G5 $20k, G3 $10k. You can definitely ask for more sign on bonus
