Hi everyone, deciding if I should jump ship from Intel to go to AWS. Here's the TC: Intel Base: 96,000 Bonus: 11,000 Stock: 7,000/ year TC: 114,000 AWS Base: 112,500 Bonus: 33,460 Stock: 28 shares with backloaded vesting schedule, 1 share on year 1 TC: 149,000 What do you all think? Mainly conflicted because I like the WLB & culture I have at Intel, but I see my long term career trajectory to be in cloud and currently I support cloud customers at Intel.
Seems low but it's a non tech role so yeah. Out of the three, bonus is most flexible to recruiter, try ask for more bonus.
Is all that Amazon bonus for the first year or split over two years?
For the first year, 27k for 2nd year.
Is the job title 'Associate Account Executive' for AWS? Haven't heard that role before but seems related to the TAM org
Yes it is the name of the role. It’s within the sales org of AWS. Are you familiar with it?
Not familiar with the Associate role per day but if it's an associate role in the TAM org, you can search about the AWS TAM role in blind and it should give you a good idea about the role

What happens when most of your team is Indian?
What's the location, level and title? See if you can negotiate more with aws
The location is in Seattle where I'm trying to live long term. It's L4, and title is Associate Account Executive. I recently negotiated to what I currently have, can I negotiate more?
