Why is our country owned by Israel? I don't want my tax dollars fund genocide. How can we stop this nonsense?
Hey, anyone know how Stripe thinks of comp for non-tech roles. Thinking of applying for one of their business functions-- finance to be more precise. #stripe
I have never really seen anyone actually on the non-tech side (excluding PMs) of Stripe actively participate in blind convos. Not sure how much feedback you’ll get here.
Fair point! Not sure where else to look though because glassdoor is empty too
I recently started interview process for a finance role. This is the only post on blind I found with non tech TC https://us.teamblind.com/s/hMHJYw03

thanks guys! This is really helpful
I can help - current Bain, just finished process with Stripe for non tech role - feel free to reach out
Just realised someone linked my post in this thread as well lol
Are you targeting FAANG at all?
Does anyone have a range as far as RSUs? I was given base salary by recruiting, but no indication as far as RSUs.
60/40 cash/equity split at L4. Less equity mix as you move up levels.
Op. Did you end up engaging with Stripe/have any data points?
Any input?
Does PE not appeal to you, having a unique path into it at Bain?
Not sure- interested in working with early stage start-ups in the future. Stripe might be better way to go about that?
