Is this just a nightmare PM job or is there an opportunity to get exposure to higher ups? 200k and 30% bonus
What firm?
Nightmare PM job. 100%
Are you still with Citi? 200k with a 30% bonus seems really good
It’s at WF — supposedly connected to business (aka not a cost center)
Depends on where. I like those jobs...at Cap One, there's lots of Sr. Exec exposure. Tough to transition from strategy/int cons. into business leadership roles though.
Definitely depends on the company. Some have a bunch of awesome ex consultants and the CXOs listen to them. Some can be strategy focused and others process improvement focused. Either way you will be a cost center and have to continually prove your worth, which generally yields good results. Seems like a good offer depending on city.
Depends on groups. My group has lots of exposure to higher ups. Just need to be smart about pushing the nightmare pm work to another strategy team lol

Depends on the group. I was at MS and they had a “Firm Management” team which was more strategy related. That gig wasn’t bad
Hey what was your experience with them? I'm currently considering east cost opps.
