Internal Role Change
Hello All, Joined Cisco Alberta office, as SDE, 5 months back. Is it possible to change the role internally? Has anyone done so. #cisco #software TC 152K + 12K RSU YOE 10

Yes you can move to other team/roles internally if you’ve been in your current role for 12 months
I think there's a one year waiting period to switch internally, unless you're laid off.
