If I take internal transfer from US to India: 1. What would happen to my RSUs granted. 2. How indian salary would be decided, would they consider my RSUs granted here in US to pay me less than average in India? What was the relocation options given to you?
Already alloted RSU stays as it is. Future refreshers will be based on India base salary.
How would India salary be decided. Would that be same as other peers who joined in India at same role or would that be less(give and take).
Mostly will keep the same band penetration
