I've transferred twice now. While there are no rules on time limits, it doesn't look great when you want to transfer immediately to your potential new hiring manager. I would give it some amount of time before moving again.
That being said, I was at my 2nd team for less than a year before joining my 3rd. If it's a bad fit, move, but give your team a fair amount of time before trying to leave again as you might just need time to adjust.

If the person is on H1B and his GC is under process at Amazon, can he still change teams or does he need to apply for H1b transfer and also start the GC from scratch?
Also does the TC change if we change teams at Amazon?
