I see a lot of referal needed posts out here. I’m currently applying for internships for big tech companies having a pretty good work experience for a student. Does being a canadian citizen and having no referal makes my chance of having a phone call interview close to 0 ? I’m trying to figure out the best way to get at least the first interview.
