I have a front end interview coming up, I am in the autism spectrum, already passed the take home assessment. Interviews can be very difficult for me because it’s not outlined what is going to be talked about, etc. Should I be honest with the hiring manager right away or just try my best to not completely blank during the interview? #tech #interview 1y of experience

Yes you should tell the recruiting team because you have a protected disability and they must provide accommodations. If your request is just clear understanding of the topics you can suggest that to your recruiter and it would be very easy to get the interview plans. If you feel the interview was hostile because of your disability depending on your state there could be a labor lawsuit. No hr team wants to deal with that so you have a lot of protection
