Whiteboard coding interviews are the greatest travesty to hit the tech industry. Interviews should be representative of how someone is expected to perform on the job. Give me a Chromebook and access to Google and I can deliver whatever you want.

Any advantages of using whiteboard over chromebook

As in better for interviewers or interviewees? I think Chromebook is better for both. Most people type faster than they write, and writing speed and efficiency should not be part of the interview. It is also easier for interviewers to read code on a screen than handwriting.

On a whiteboard small mistakes can be slipped out? Rather than in chrome book ??
