Hoping to learn something through this thread from the Blind community so please keep the responses inline with the question. For anyone who has interviewed for Leadership positions, such as Director, Sr. Dir, VP, and so on, for Product Management, what is the interview process at top of the line tech companies in the Bay Area? Do these companies have a hard requirement for past Leadership experience or Founder of a Start-up experience? How are the interview rounds different than an IC role? And what skills are primarily evaluated through the interview questions - Strategy, Leadership, Situational....?? Sharing any concrete examples of questions that you might have encountered in those interviews will be super!
