Interview after H1B transfer initiated (FB , Uber , Google)

Hello All, Current TC in Amazon as BIE Base :113K Includind stocks TC : 150K I have got a offer from Facebook for Data Engineer role (E4) Base : 150K Sign up bonus : 20K RSU : 180k/4 years If i dont include bonus component TC: 210K I have upcoming interviews from Uber( Data Scientist role) and Google (Product Analyst) Initial rounds. Can I interview when facebook has already started my h1b transfer last week? If i get an offer from other 2 companies after my h1 b from fb is approved , can we initiate h1b transfer again if i decide not to join fb how does the h1b transfer work??

Someone that my team at Amazon was hiring completed his h1b transfer and then didn't join the company. He wasn't block listed by my manager

Google i cancelled my interview during onsite and decides not to burn bridges with Meta now Googlw said i can give onsite within a year!!!
