Interview again for an offer you received?

Already accepted an internship offer few weeks ago. Just got the amazon internship offer. I know you can postpone it to start in September, however I’m not sure what I want for September yet. If I want amazon internship again in the future, do I just have to email the recruiter again or would they ask to redo interview?
