Interview at Red Hat
Did anyone undergo interview at Red Hat recently?? I am willing to know the interview process.
I have recently interviewed for a Senior Product Manager. Starting next week. Interview process was pretty simple. Interview with recruiter, followed by a Director and SVP. None of the interviews were difficult. No design questions. Mostly about past experience and how I dealt with outside vendors. My group is new so I don’t think this might be the interview process for all.
too late for op but maybe useful for others. for a solution architect the process is 3 rounds. 1 with hiring manager - discussion on past experience and stuff. 2nd with a tech peer - lot of tech questions. 3rd with a business dev peer. 4th a panel presentation on a given topic.
