Interview bullies in Infosys and TCS

I have had couple of interviews with Infosys and TCS, if I struggle to answer any technical questions they laugh on your face. If I am not able to answer any questions, reject me in email. What kind of sick psychopaths have these companies put for interview process that they laugh on someone’s lack of expertise in one area?

Why are you even applying to witch companies? Just stay away. Plenty of other tech/IT opportunities.

It’s all about them and not about you! I’ve seen a bunch of IT services companies having immature interviewers and they bully candidates! Their interview doesn’t not define your worth and you’ll find a better place soon

I once interviewed with TCS or some company as a sub contractor. I answered correctly, the interviewer said that my answer is wrong. So 5 minutes later, I got ticked off by this interviewer and asked him to rewind a bit and go back to the question I was wrong on. When pressed, he said I actually answered it correctly and he wanted to see how I would respond. Never had such an interview again.

Why are you even interviewing with them? They are bottom of the barrel.

Don’t join at all costs. They will bully after you join too. That’s how the work culture is there.

Op, do not ever join these witch companies. Only incompetent people remain there beyond a couple years. You probably wont learn much either unless you get really lucky and get into a good project. Try getting into a smaller product based company where you can actually learn to be a good software engg.
