It’s extremely common not to give feedback after an interview. Companies are much more concerned with shielding themselves from liability than making sure you know what to improve.
What are the liabilities and do you have any alternative feedback options in mind
For smaller companies, you could try to reach out directly to the interviewer and ask for feedback. Otherwise, you just need to be more introspective about your performance.
