The end of Backdoor Roth?!
I failed tier 1 company interview recent. I am a loser undoubtly. Techlead has a video about failing interview. If mighty successful millionarie techlead can fail 3 times for Google, why should I pass easily? I felt relieved.
I am not machine. I got emotion.
I failed 11 before landing my G gig.
YOE?
He’s posting that from his grave
Lol @ "millionaire" as if that means anything these days
Means something to people like me who don’t have 1M
Kumam is an indian who only thinks of money and nothing else and judges others on how much they make
Come on man.. you are not a loser. Failing an interview means nothing. If all engineers in Google attend a Google interview again today, more than half will fall. There are lot of factors and people can assess only a fraction of you in an hour of interview.
Failing is failing
Failing is failing. But that doesn't make you a loser. It is specific to the circumstance.
And you still have that $10B DOD win, eh?
It is my company. I feel proud about it . It won’t change the fact I failed my interview with Google.
If the mighty tech lead failed a few times before getting there, doesn’t mean you will too. My friend who was struggling with writing a single algorithm, worked hard every day for a year. Failed twice at FB, accepted an offer at a startup but immediately got offer from Google too in his first attempt. All depends on your interviewer and how your interviews go.
Lol at those worshipping techlead....
I won't say give up - interviewing is difficult. But I will say: get a reality check.
