You might get an office interview if it's a role in your city. Might. More than likely it will all be virtual. It's just easier to setup with hybrid work all over now.
Is it the same for almost all big tech companies to have office interview for local candidates now?
No. The norm is still, and will likely continue to be, online interviews. Like I said, with hybrid working it is far easier to get everyone together for an interview remotely.
