Interview process for h1b applicant : appropriate to say when will you start the green card process if I join?

As such, do you initiate conversation with HR during the interview process? If so, did you still take the offer? is there a website that shows which company process green card? or the timeline. thanks in advance
Yes I will ask after getting the offer. From my experience there are companies that will start on day one of joining, and others will start after 6 months of joining. It is totally appropriate to ask.
Really depends on what year of your H1 you are on. Either way I think this should be ironed out at the screening stage to avoid any surprises later. Yes, it's a tough question but posing it later is not going to make things easy for either party
