How many real estate do you own
I was interviewing with Splunk couple of years ago. This was a technical screen and the interviewer gave me 1 LC easy and 1 LC hard and I aced both with optimal solution. When the time came for me to ask questions I reiterated what I read about Splunk on Glassdoor reviews about having aging tech stack and lot of tech debt and asked questions around that. Needless to say after being ghosted for 2 weeks recruiter reached back that I am no longer being considered for the PE position. Lesson learned never to talk about stuff you read on reviews and highlight any shortcomings that the company might have. TC - 330k #tech #swe
The recruiter saved you a big time. Believe me.
Is it that bad?
Its a chaotic condition. You don’t wana be here at this period.
every company has shortcomings and obviously some people will always complain!
You dodged a bullet
Well you saved yourself
are you still at splunk?
