Have a friend working there as data scientist. I was told that the perks of Cisco stay and you have great work, 2 digit growth and more bonuses.
What are the perks of cisco?
I'm not too sure. I hear the wlb is great there and cash bonuses are paid out well. You should find some solif reviews on glasdoor thou.

Meraki is hiring and growing like crazy. Biggest issue is retaining people — you’re about as safe from layoffs as you can get. PM if you want more info, I love Meraki.
I love Meraki. 2019 was a big transition year as the Cisco influence really kicked in. Pre-2019 there were no salary bands and it was possible to get them to match FAANG offers. 2019 introduced Cisco grades and we have salary bands now which are not FAANG levels anymore. Peers are really smart and always willing to lend a hand. Wlb is great. Layoffs have never been a thing at Meraki. The bonus also depends only on Meraki's performance and not Cisco as a whole.
