Interview with Microsoft Azure Networking team, Bellevue

My friend is giving an interview for Azure Networking team. I would like to know more about the WLB, team culture and the career growth in this team? On blind, did not see any good things about Azure Networking.. How easy or difficult it is to switch teams within Microsoft? My friend ultimately wants to join some ML team as he is very passionate about ML.
