I got a call from the recruiter at the company I just interviewed with, and was told that I did well during the technical onsite loop, which lasted about 5 hours. I was told that there is another person that wants to talk to me, which isn't a technical interview, but an interview with the senior manager of engineering over Zoom, which should not last more than 30 mins. At this point, I am thrilled to work for the company, but what can I expect from the final interview ? The company is pretty large, ~15k employees worldwide. This is for a SWE position. Any advice appreciated.
If you are interviewing a company with around a thousand people or less then you may even have a chance to be interviewed by CTO. Your interview would likely about your personality. As long as you are not behaving weird or showing red flags, you are good.
This is your bar raiser or as appropriate interview. Show you're proactive and lead without authority and how you fit into their org and what ideas you already have etc.

TC? I have had this happen multiple times. Most likely they like u. Manager interview is a formality. Nothing big unless u do a major fuck up. They r just gonna talk about culture and fit. Best thing to do is not appear arrogant/toxic/argumentative etc. They also might be making sure (shitty managers do this part) that u won't challenge their authority.
