Interviewer went on vacation without providing feedback
Given a tech screen at a company more than a week ago. After multiple follow ups heard from the recruiter that he is still waiting for feedback and interviewer is not responding to him. What the heck is this? Is this normal?

Don't force things if it's not meant to be. Perhaps it's a signal from the universe. Just flow with it.

People don't ghost people they want to hire. If you got ghosted you didn't impress them
No. It's not normal.
Is there anything that I can do? This is really frustrating
Stay positive. Ask kindly for updates, and although they are being unprofessional, you should not be. It could genuinely be an issue on their end.
