What is the interview cycle at AWS? What are the stages? How quickly do they go through these stages? What are the types of questions being asked for a marketing role? Thank you for your insights!
Agree, typically the longest time is between phone screen and onsite as that requires availability coordination. Expect no longer than 5 business days yes/no after on site. Go over the leadership principles. The recruiter I had sent me really good interview prep, not questions, but how they like to see you answer. So, if you can put together coherent answers that accurately reflect your experience with the principles in mind, you will fine.
after the on-site you usually know within 48 hrs

After on-site, there is a de-brief and hire/no hire decision which means the loop has to reconvene again and can take time to coordinate. They usually move fast though

Phone screen first, on site interview loop with 4-6 people next, then decision made. 2-3 weeks from start to finish is possible, usually a bit longer though.
