Interviewing at Google after getting an offer from them?
Google recruiter reached out again for a chat, got a top of band L3 offer about a year ago as a new grad. If I was to pursue this, would I have to do the interviews again or would an offer still be on the table? Does anyone know the policy around this? What if I'm only open to joining as an L4? EDIT: TC 180k

Was in similar situation few years ago.. got offer for L3 with way more experience, they came back 18 months later and still had to do the phone screen again!! And it was still for L3!! (Recruiter mentioned this in loop)
If you join at l3, what you have to do is team match. Otherwise, you could hope extra interviews
