My brother is going to interview there. Any interview tips for new grads?

I interviewed there for an internship and it was all behavioral. They didn’t call me for 4 months and then said sorry there was a hiring freeze and now the position is closed. So don’t be surprised if that happens I think it’s just how it goes with defense work.
Literally nothing to worry about. They use the STAR intererview method.

If they can fog a mirror they can have a job. Might be an okay place to weather a recession though

Be prepared to answer literally nothing technical. If you use the STAR method to tell a few stories, it’ll be a piece of cake.
The place is more focussed on team work though, depending on the hiring manager and what they will be supporting you can expect technical questions. What is your brother’s degree and field? What program and campus is he interviewing at?
Talk about how you want to bomb a few countries
