#interview #auto #rivianautomotive I have interview with Rivian Recruiter next week. I was wondering if anyone can provide any friendly advice or my insights/help on the interview process?
Sr TPM in Manufacturing
Can anybody share some insights?? I am new to Auto industry and coming from Energy industry..
The first interview was pretty basic with recruiter. Some information/questions about relocation, salary expectations, and resume overview, and maybe some behavioral. My recruiter was new to automotive industry and the company itself. Feel free to DM.
Thanks for the response.. if I move into the next stage, I will really appreciate your help and insights on the panel interviews.. BTW, has the recruiter already shown the resume to the HM at this stage or the recruiter will forward it if the interview goes well?
I remember the recruiter mention they would share their notes with the HM afterward to see their thoughts on whether to move forward or not. It didn’t sound like my resume was shared with the team at that point, no way to be sure.
I didn't interview for a senior role, but it went as: Interview w/ recruiter Excel Test Hiring Manager Interview 30 min tech presentation 5 panel (split in 2 days) My presentation and 3 interviews were in 1 day, and 2 interviews in the next day (all zoom). I was lucky it got split but I've seen many people have to do it all in 1 day
Thanks for the reply
After the interview with recruiter, how much time they take to come back for further step? Recruiter told me that next step is interview by Hiring Manager ..
Interview with recruiter was OK .. he was just 4-5 months in the company but seems to know many things about the position .. will post if they move me to the next stage.
I got an offer from Rivian. Now seems like a good time to get a job in Rivian. The interview was very straightforward and if you are an expert in your field, you can get the job.
For what role?
