Interviewing internally at Amazon

Going to start interviews for a team in Amazon Music next week. I've been here for 8 months as an SDE-I, how do I justify low lines of code committed? I only have ~6k lines of code. It's mostly because I haven't been assigned projects that involve many lines of code. My performance in Forte was meets high bar, so not necessarily the worst performer or anything. Any other tips people have for interviewing internally? YOE: 8 months TC: πŸ₯œ

What do you mean?

Goldman Sachs RkcI81 Apr 12, 2022

Btw why are you giving interviews? Don't they directly recruit without ds algo internally?

Tekion inprocess Apr 12, 2022

No, interview still necessary for some orgs or when u r doing visa-transfer

I'm not entirely sure what the process will be like, but there'll still be some kind of screening. Not necessarily DS algo all that stuff but based on previous work in the company
