Interviewing with Wells Fargo

Interviews across the company are done the same way. They have a bank if approved interview questions and they pick 4-5 of those. Be prepared for “tell me a time you had to deal with conflict” or “describe a time you had to use your communication skills to achieve a goal” type questions. Highlight your skills/experience into your answers.
