Leetcode: Medium to bit easy. Standard system design. Talk about previous projects. They have some leadership principles, questions on those. Nothing unusual. Ask them when they are doing IPO. Company has been around for long, been profitable for years, IPO talk for last couple years but still no IPO. Could be important for you because if you quit before IPO, they have a year or so before you lose all your RSUs. I interviewed there last year for Sr. SDE position.

More on code, but expect a system design question. Also be rdy to talk about some project that was technically challenging and why you want to leave MSFT. Difficulty is medium
