Intuit Layoffs have Started πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

Intuit Layoffs have begun. Like this post and spread the news. There is a silent layoff. People are fired without PIPs. After year end performance reviews, HRBP secretly engaged with managers to fire a fixed 5-10% of the workforce of each org in the name of "performance management". It's secret way to fire people without paying them severance. Absolutely disgusting and shameful way to treat humans with no dignity

β€œAbsolutely disgusting and shameful way to treat humans with no dignity” U should be glad this is the first layoff Think of other companies went through 3 layoffs already

Waymo UvpM20 Nov 9, 2023

Waymo had 4 this year lmao

Intuit 9sk Nov 9, 2023

"No severance" is the key word

But why are they still hiring...And some of those employee on Twitter and linkedin just keep boasting about how it's best place to work.

Uber jDkd36 OP Nov 9, 2023

HRBP is doing this to retain the jobs for their recruiters and keep themselves occupied

Pocket Gems DBeg56 Nov 9, 2023

So they are not actually hiring?

Walmart Fg58& Nov 9, 2023

Guy sitting at UBER is predicting for Intuit 🀣 Well just to add, this isn't a layoff. Performance based decisions are always good for the company's growth.

Intuit 9989 Nov 9, 2023

lol Amazon you should be last to speak . It's not performance based . Most of them are churned out by incompetent managers

Intuit ayit23 Nov 11, 2023

@kpYj70 I was thinking the same. Why is a guy from Uber reporting on Intuit.

Intuit 9989 Nov 9, 2023

Intuit is going through crisis and upper level leadership are definitely playing dirty politics to churn out people . Yes in some cases low performers are pipped but mostly good performers are also layoff or DNME to remove to save bootlickers and close knit people

Amazon kpYj70 Nov 9, 2023

I'm planning to explore an opportunity at Intuit. I heard work culture is good and Intuit had never done layoffs.

Intuit 9989 Nov 9, 2023

Yes work culture was good and people here generally were really good but for last year and half things have changed. Culture is declining, too much politics and unrealistic goals . Yes officially they haven't layoff but they are managing out silently . You are welcome to join

Google googballs Nov 9, 2023

how many laid off today?

Intuit intuitShit Nov 13, 2023

Silent layoff around 1800 or about 7 percent
