Current : 2nd tier MNC College : Tier 1 M.tech CSE TC : 49 lacs including stocks Title : Senior Software engineer Yoe : 10 years Intuit offer Title : Staff software engineer Base : 65 lacs Variable : 12 lacs (around 20%) Joining Bonus : 22 lacs (11 lacs at time of joining + 11 lacs retention bonus paid at end of 1st year) Stocks : 25 lacs / annum Retirals : 5 lacs (NPS + PF) Total : 1.18 cr for 1st and 2nd year Tip : Intuit never asks your current pay hence I haven't disclosed that amount before interview. This helped me boost my TC. I am asking what is recent numbers or current/old staff earning from intuit? Any stock refreshers keep coming as my pay would reduce at 3rd year.
Wow intuit has upped its game!
Could you please guide me in getting through Intuit Interview rounds for the Staff Engineer role? I have the same years of experience.
Sure DM me.. would love to help

Fake guy or fake post?
Good on them to not care about current Tc! @Intuitians(?), whats a good SStaff Tc look like?
Here , I am an MBA from IIM, shitting with 35lakhs package.
Yoe ?
If you are not into investment banking or consulting from MBB, mba earns less than top tech pay.
Intuit recruiter told me that intuit doesn’t pay more than 1 cr for staff
Recruiter's job is to low ball according to their whim. when you negotiate you need to tell your expectation first. I had tell very large number for the offer to get this offer. First base offered was 58 then moved to 63 and finally 65. Same for stocks.. and Joining bonus. Nowadays if you see inflation and see high demand for high YOE now there is no bar. FYI : PhonePe pays upto 1.4 cr for High end base level SDE.
Congratulations. Looks good in this current market
Why are you adding NPS+PF separately? For most companies it is part of the base.
In this case it is separate. NPS is usually 4.5 percent of base
That's new. NPS might be discretionary, but PF is a mandatory contribution and the company has to provide as per laws.
