Why is it so G*damn difficult to move money out of India
Politics, favoritism and everything you have never heard of. Now they are fabricating fake performance reviews to get rid of 7% of workforce without having to pay severance. Stay away! #intuit
Trust me, these companies are here to make profit. So called companies which are known for wlb , they all do what you have mentioned. It is the harsh reality
Kaiser used to be a great place to work. But not anymore…they have politics, favoritism and everything else. They treat vendors like crap and they easily get away with it.
Microsoft does the same shit now
I am not seeing any PIP at Microsoft
DM if you’re interested in a TikTok / Bytedance referral instead - we’ve got plenty of open roles. That goes for anyone else reading - feel free to DM
No way in hell!
This dude has been copy pasting the same comment on every post. I like it! Kudos.
Doordash is doing the same re fake performance reviews to avoid paying severance
During layoff season everyone is copying Amazons playbook. You know what when the market return to normal we need to negotiate for huge signons, minimum 4 months of salary.
Did you get “did not meet expectations”? When’s your last date with the company?
Don’t they do this every July-august?
I agree with the OP, the way they have fabricated and forced lies is truly disgusting. Even consultancy companies have some dignity, but they lose all credibility. It's okay to enforce the 7%, but it should be based on merit rather than favoritism or incompetent managers and leaders. The company has lost the charm it used to have before 2019.
