Wanted to get some advise/thoughts around the offer from Intuit : Role: Senior Manager, Advanced analytics TC - Around $195K ($150K base with 20% bonus + 15K in RSUs) Location: DFW, TX Current TC - 130K + 12% bonus YOE - 12 years I understand the offer isn't lucrative given my total years of experience within the data science domain working as a data scientist/analytics consultant, so wanted to get a better read of the market and fair compensation range. Appreciate any input, thanks #data #dataanalytics #datascience
What is your degree in?

Way too low.
V low
Did you tell the recruiter your TC at your current company? Your offer looks more like a new grad offer at FAANG or mid level from other companies. You should ask for at least 200k base and way more RSUs.
No, recruiter doesn't know my current TC
Thanks for the inputs, helpful
You can also take it and change your job in a year or so with a big jump in comp
For senior manager = staff. Check levels.fyi . You can target 50% more
Update: Here's the updated offer: $150K base with 20% bonus (variable pay) + 42K in RSUs /yr (Around $170K RSUs over 4 years). Is it worth considering it?
You can ask for a sign on + commitment bonus of atleast 50k , and max of 100k
Did you end up joining Intuit? I have a similar onsite round coming up for a similar role. Already have another offer with 300k+ from somewhere else…thinking if I should continue with the process at Intuit now
What was the interview process ?
Seems low especially on RSU side
