Invest in Blockfi

Would you invest in BlockFi now at 5B valuation? Some context: they recently got hit with cease and desist of BIA accounts in 5 states and crypto daddy board advisor left after 4 months (probably because he saw some shady stuff he didn't want anything do do with). They also have a lot of competitors now Celsius, Kraken, CoinBase is trying to start.
