I have some cash (not small but less than 100K) and am interested in investing it into Pinterest stock. Although its user growth has been slowed down, its revenue growth is amazing and I see a big potential in the stock. What do you guys think? (I already have much larger portfolio so that I'm not considering spread the money into multiple stocks). Also if you don't like Pinterest, I'll appreciate any recommendation. TC: $500K in the current stock price. #pinterest
I have 1% of my portfolio on Pinterest. I wouldn't recommend a lot more than that.
Thanks for the advice!
This is taopaipai. Ended up buying OP?
Investing in a money losing company entering a recession is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Great buy in 2-3 years tho
Come on dude. See which company we are working for. Analysts expect Pinterest's profitability by 2021 and just like Lyft. I feel now is a good time to invest in Lyft and I feel the same to Pinterest, although my people will not agree with this.
Pinterest will scale into profits if they can grow revenue. Lyft will have a much harder path in that.
how the hell is your tc at 500k with current stock price? are you allowed to sell yet?
Not weird if OP is L6.
I like pinterest. But I like Shopify more.
Thanks for the comment. I like Shopify too. Its valuation is what makes me hesitating.
