Investment, Credit Score, Car tips for new grad??

Graduating in December 2022. No loans, international student. Current net worth $0. May get a car in mid 2023 (want EV but too costly, so inclined towards fuel because of cost, tips? Used cars expensive, purchasing new car makes sense? Do I even need a Car?) and will stay in one of SF/SanJ/Seattle for Job. Car can be purchased on Loan (will help building credit score as well for home loan later?). Loan tips? Looking to purchase property in 3-4 years with a recommended proportion of down payment. Opened 4 high yield savings (4% for upto $2000, 5% for upto $2000, 6% for upto $2000) as I am doing internship and earning. Current monthly rent is ~$450, monthly expenses May be $250-300. I have 1 everyday checking acc in Wells Fargo for day to day activities, 1 total checking acc in Chase for Payroll. I have 1 discover student credit card ($2000 limit). 2 months credit history. 713 credit score (trans and equifax), No Experian FICO score. Opened one $500 credit builder loan. Any tips for stock investment? Which app should I use? When should I start investing? What proportion should I invest and keep in cash? I have no interest in retiring early, but want to build HUGE wealth and career as soon as possible. TC after college: expect average CS grad

Can you tell me which bank offers 4% for high yield savings account.

Current (neo bank). You can open 3 savings, each upto $2000. So total upto $6000. Above $2000 in each savings, I think gives 0%. Yield is added daily.
